This will include working collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve goals and optimise production.Other responsibilities include: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.Conduct regular audits of production equipment to ensure process adherence and optimal performanceManage within production schedules and coordinate with supply chain and planning teams.Collaborate with the R&I, Design Engineering and Asset Care teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. Experience or Qualifications – Degree qualified in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in a Production Engineering position showing examples of CIProficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD software.Strong knowledge of Process capability measurement that drives improvement in safety, quality and cost. Position: CNC Setter / OperatorLocation: Quedgeley, GloucestershireJob Type: PermanentOur global manufacturing client are on the look out for CNC Setter / Operators to join the business. They have day and night shift options available.Role and Responsibilities –In this role you will set and operate CNC Machines to complete cycles of product ready to be shipped out to customers. It will involve short cycle times and lots of quality inspection to make sure standards are high.
