Customer Service Administrator required by market leading and well established company, based near Cirencester. The successful Customer Service Administrator will provide administration support to the wider team. Liaising with customers and resolving queries whilst maintaining accuracy and  compliance at all times.

Main Duties: Customer Service Administrator

  • Answering telephone calls, resolving queries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Sending out application forms and following up.
  • Contacting candidates by telephone and email to chase outstanding information.
  • Liaising with internal departments and giving progress updates on applications.
  • Providing administration to the team when required.
  • Issuing company literature to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Customer Service Administrator

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Administration role.
  • A confident communication style, able to relate to people at all levels.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise own workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong administration and customer care skills.
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office.
