Role Overview – Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, you will design and implement structured engineering solutions to meet program requirements. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met while navigating the challenges of modern aerospace systems.

Your experience in aircraft equipment design, understanding of certification requirements, and ability to integrate hardware and software will be pivotal to success. Proficiency in mathematical and graphical modeling is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities – Systems Engineer

  • Requirements Engineering: Capture, define, and evaluate requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility.
  • Engineering Solutions: Develop and implement embedded engineering solutions, including detailed design and performance optimization.
  • Verification Planning: Plan and document verification strategies, including system, unit, integration, and flight tests.
  • Technical Documentation: Generate work products adhering to technical and quality standards while following robust configuration control and change management processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers, cross-functional teams, and external partners throughout the development process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Qualifications & Experience – Systems Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience in aircraft equipment design and familiarity with certification requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in mathematical and graphical modeling.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
