 The Opportunity: Mechanical to Electrical Conversion Engineer

This is a career-defining role for mechanically trained engineers who are genuinely motivated to:

 What We’re Looking For (Essential)

We are specifically targeting:

Mechanically biased engineers with:

  • Apprenticeship (Mechanical) OR
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance / Engineering

Backgrounds considered:

  •  Manufacturing – including automotive, aerospace and process chemicals etc
  • Food & beverage/packaging – the sweet spot
  • Pharmaceutical/process industries
  • Or any mechanical maintenance environment (open to all trades)

Exposure to the following is highly beneficial:

  • Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, belts
  • Packaging machinery/process equipment
  • Basic exposure to sensors, relays, or electrical fault-finding
